Part of what has made our mission special, for us, is the sisterhood we have formed in the process of developing it. We don't ever want to go back to living in a world where we don't realize how important of a resource the women around us are and how much we need each other

How can you support?

  • The Woodshop: an all women subscription based shared carpentry workspace, equipped with all the tools needed to build what’s on your mind. Creating access to the machinery needed to utilize the skills we teach in our workshops and classes.

  • Carpentry workshops: An opportunity to come learn to build with us.

  • After-school programs: Our building workshops can travel, with simple cut and assemble projects.

  • Online building tutorials: We want to create access to all young women; if you cant physically be here no problem. 

  • Mini Building Kits: These micro table top kits, require no tools, but teach the theory of carpentry's: angles, needed tools, & load-bearing principles through connect and glue pre cut plywood projects. Start thinking like a carpenter!

  • Contractor learning modules: Making the road to becoming a licensed contractor a hands on experience in a learn at your own pace environment. We are creating hands on stations that allow you to practice the theory & skills being taught in each section of the book.

Building Goals

  • Vegetable Farm Expansion: We are expanding our soil based farm. 

  • Aquaponics System: We are building a multi-medium aquaponic (water & fish) growing system in spring of 2019.

  • Medicinal Herb & Flower Garden: We are starting a garden focused on natures medicine.

  • Farming workshops: An opportunity to come learn to farm with us at any of our Farms & Gardens.

  • After School Programs: We want to work with the schools around us to create daily after-school programing AND our Farming workshops can travel, with simpler projects, that teach specific skills.

  • Online farming tutorials: We want to create access to all young women; if you can't physically be here no problem. 

  • Mini Farming Kits: These micro table top kits, come with everything you need to learn a skill OR about a new plant: they type of soil it needs, how to start the seed and how to care for it. Not ready to start a full farm or garden? thats OK. With these you can start thinking like a farmer!

  • Enchanted Farmers Omnibus: We are creating a farming guide that is both child and imagination friendly! this guide will teach about every plant, tree, soil type, and much more all from the scope of creatures found in the "wild-wood of enchanted willows"

  • The Farmhouse Teaching Kitchen: A place next to our farms where you can come and take cooking classes or have access to the space during open cook hours.  

  • Food Truck: We experiment by crossing our culturally rich heritage with farm fresh ingredients and corky ideas creating magic that we hope to be able to bring from our kitchen to your plate soon.

  • Veg-ucation series: A simple series to introduce new vegetables,  their benefits, and ways you can eat them both cooked and/or raw

  • Cultural Cooking Classes: Come learn to cook cuisine form one of the many vibrant cultures of color we represent.

  • Farm to Table Cooking Classes: Come learn how to turn all the veggies we grow especially the one's you've never tried into something delicious. 

  • Online Cooking tutorials: We want to create access to all young women; if you can't physically be here no problem. 

  • Subscription cooking Kits: These kits allow you to follow along with our featured cooking tutorial. in this kit you will receive: every ingredient needed to complete the dish including all of the freshly picked veggie and only minus the meat (we will let you choose your meat) 

  • A Cross-cultural cooking show: We are bringing together both access and visibility through our bi-weekly cooking show that will highlight a different woman and culture of color each episode and a dish that is near to their heart. You will be able to order those subscription kits 9mentioned above) so that you are able to cook along with the exact ingredients.

Farm-to-Table Goals

Medicinal Herbs
  • The Tincture Tonic Turmeric Homestead: A place where you can: Build-your-own all natural skin, hair, & bath products; enjoy our spa, take a luxury private bath, and experience a guided class. 

  • Medicinal herb & flower garden : A garden surrounding our homestead on both sides focused on natures medicine, allowing us to grow our own ingredients.

  • Tincture & Tonic Workshops: Come learn how to make an all-natural bath /body products, while laughing with your friends. Bring your (tonic) refreshment of choice, and we will provide a snack and the (tincture) guided lesson.

  • Enchanted willows Product Line: We are creating all natural products available for sale and use at our homestead. 

  • Online Apothecary  tutorials: We want to create access to all young women; if you can't physically be here no problem. 

  • Build-your-own studio: Our studio is meant to create access to the ingredients needed to create any natural bath & body product desired. Come in and create something tried & true, or follow one of our guides to create a custom product. 

  • Wellness Retreat Cabins & Cedar forest: We want to create a place where we can facilitate wellness on deeper more extensive levels so we would like to create a retreat center in the form of mini cabins made from shipping containers and surrounded by a cedar forest. 

  • Tropical Cultural Greenhouse: We aspire to grow and create access to some of the plants, fruits, herbs, and medicines of our ancestors, and that requires a year round climate controlled environment.

Apothecary Goals

  • Monthly full moon ceremony & Dinner: A monthly dinner and gathering to celebrate femininity, cook together, share space, set intentions, express struggles, and find support .  

  • Monthly Slumber Brunch: An event meant to create the atmosphere of a slumber party: wear your PJ's, eat snacks, try our products, and participate in info sessions and open dialogues about things that we often think we are going through alone. 

  • Online forums: We want to host running anonymous conversations that allow for women to ask, and answer questions, post experiences, make confessions, and find support on a daily basis. 

  • Women's Retreats: We hope to hold weekend retreats soon.

Sisterhood Goals

Business Growth
  • Cross Cultural Building & Farming Internships: We are uniting women of color from around the world by creating immersion & internship opportunities in our countries of origin, learning these skills from communities that reflect us. 

  • Survival Training Workshops & Retreats: We believe that the development of skills that empower and create independence directly lead to the confidence needed to face obstacles in business; take a survival class to build skills, and lead under pressure. 

  • Construction Company: We want to start a construction company supported by all licensed women of color contractors, plumbers, electricians, etc. 

  • Construction Network: Want to find a women of color contractor, or business? Are you a women of color having trouble reaching more customers; join our network, and become apart of our database. 

  • Local Internships: Come intern at any of our divisions and learn what it takes to start, run, and grow a business in that industry.

  • Licensing Support: We strive to create information & access to any certifications that exist in any of our divisions; we will strive to offer the coursework, learning modules, apprenticeship opportunities, mentorship; and scholarships to open the door to professionalism.
